Just smoke — low and slow.
Load the pellets, set the temperature, walk away. The Weber Smoque™ makes low-and-slow smoking effortless — SmokeBoost™ for deep flavour, SmoqueVent™ airflow for bark and browning, and Weber Connect® so you can run the whole cook from your phone.
Everything that makes it a Weber Smoque™
Low-and-slow done right. The Smoque pairs a steady, fuel-efficient fire with airflow and app control built for set-it-and-forget-it barbecue.
Infuse deep, smoky flavour
The SmokeBoost™ setting holds the smoker at a low ~80°C (180°F), the sweet spot where food absorbs the most smoke — so ribs, brisket and jerky come off the pit with rich, layered flavour.
- Maximises smoke absorption at low temps
- Ideal for brisket, ribs and jerky
- One-touch setting on the LCD controller
Boost browning and bark
The SmoqueVent™ system circulates smoke and heat around the food rather than letting it sit still — building the deep colour, crisp bark and even browning that define great barbecue.
- Circulates smoke around every rack
- Builds bark and colour, not just heat
- Even results from edge to edge
To temp in 15 minutes or less
The Rapid React™ PID controller brings the smoker up to temperature fast, recovers quickly every time you open the lid, and holds steady even in cold weather for true year-round barbecue.
- Heats up in ≤ 15 minutes*
- Fast recovery after every lid lift
- Holds temperature in cold weather
Control the whole cook from your phone
The intuitive digital LCD controller shows grill and food temperatures at a glance, and connects to the Weber Connect® app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth® for remote monitoring, step-by-step guidance and readiness alerts.
- Wi-Fi & Bluetooth® remote control
- 2 food probes and 2 probe ports included
- Step-by-step recipes and alerts

- Side hopper holds a full 9 kg / 20 lb bag
- Release handle to change pellet flavours
- Long, uninterrupted overnight cooks
Enclosed grease & ash management
When the cook is done, the enclosed grease and ash management system makes cleanup quick and contained — less mess, and no vacuum required. The porcelain-enamelled lid wipes clean and lasts.
- Contained grease and ash, no vacuum needed
- Durable porcelain-enamelled lid
- Faster cleanup between cooks
Two sizes. Same smoky flavour.
Both run the same SmokeBoost™, SmoqueVent™ and Weber Connect® features — the only real question is how much you're cooking and for how many.

Real questions, straight answers
New to pellet smoking? Here's what backyard cooks actually want to know about the Smoque — no marketing fluff.
What's the difference between the Smoque and the Searwood?
Both are Weber pellet grills, but they're built for different jobs. The Smoque is a dedicated low-and-slow smoker — SmokeBoost™, SmoqueVent™ airflow and steady temps up to 500°F. The Searwood adds DirectFlame™ cooking for high-heat searing and grilling with the lid open. If your priority is brisket, ribs and pulled pork, the Smoque is purpose-built for it.
What temperature range does the Smoque reach?
The Smoque runs from roughly 80°C to 260°C (180–500°F). The SmokeBoost™ setting holds it at the low end (~80°C / 180°F) for maximum smoke absorption, and you can take it up to 260°C for roasting chicken, baking and finishing sides.
Can I sear steaks on it like a grill?
The Smoque reaches 500°F, which is plenty for burgers, chicken and vegetables — but it does not have the DirectFlame™ open-flame searing of the Searwood. If hard searing and lid-open grilling are your main goal, the Searwood is the better fit. For true smoking, the Smoque is ideal.
How long can it cook on one hopper of pellets?
The side hopper holds a standard 9 kg / 20 lb bag, and the fuel-efficient design is built for long, uninterrupted low-and-slow sessions — comfortably enough for overnight brisket. A handy tip: keep a spare bag on hand, since higher temps burn through pellets faster.
Do I need Wi-Fi to use it?
No. You can run the whole cook from the on-board digital LCD controller. The Weber Connect® app is optional — connect over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth® when you want to monitor temperatures, get readiness alerts and follow step-by-step recipes from your phone.
Does it come with meat probes?
Yes — the Smoque includes 2 food probes and 2 integrated probe ports, so you can track two cuts at once and see live temperatures on the controller and in the app.
How messy is the cleanup?
Cleanup is contained. The enclosed grease and ash management system means quick, low-mess cleanup with no vacuum required, and the porcelain-enamelled lid wipes clean. Weber recommends cleaning after any long low-and-slow cook, or every 12 hours of cooking / 9 sessions.
Is it covered by warranty, and do you service it locally?
Yes. The Smoque carries a 5-year limited warranty. As an authorised Weber dealer in Latvia, we handle service and spare parts in-house — so you're covered close to home, not shipping it abroad.
