Advanced Thermoplastic Technology

Tubolito inner tubes are made from a cutting-edge thermoplastic material that withstands twice the force of standard butyl tubes. The material stretches over four times more than conventional tubes, delivering outstanding puncture protection while maintaining low weight.

Proven in Laboratory Testing

In controlled puncture resistance tests, a 0.75 mm test mandrel is driven through a pre-drilled tire casing at a defined speed. Tire pressure is set at 2.0 bar (Tubo MTB test conditions). The force applied and the distance until failure are precisely recorded.

The result: Tubolito demonstrates up to double the puncture resistance compared to standard inner tubes.
