The THULE EPOS ParkSecure 2B 9802100 is a premium, fully foldable towbar-mounted bike rack designed for transporting two bicycles while adding an important safety feature – integrated parking sensors that help detect obstacles when reversing.

The ParkSecure system uses integrated parking sensors together with a wireless in-car unit, providing audible and visual warnings when obstacles are detected behind the vehicle. The wide detection angle helps protect the bike rack, bicycles and surrounding objects when reversing, and the system complies with the ISO 17386 (MALSO) standard.

With a total 60 kg load capacity and a maximum permitted weight of 30 kg per bike, the EPOS ParkSecure 2B is suitable for a wide variety of bicycles, including heavier e-bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes and road bikes.

The versatile EPOS attachment system uses telescopic bike arms with pivoting cradles and steel-reinforced straps, allowing bikes to be securely attached at different points on the frame or rear wheel. This makes the carrier suitable for bicycles with a wide variety of frame shapes and designs.

A generous 25 cm distance between bikes provides additional clearance and helps reduce the risk of bike-to-bike contact during transportation. The extra-long wheel holders accommodate bicycles with wheelbases up to 1350 mm.

The adjustable wheel holders with ratcheting pump buckles make wheel fixation quick and secure. The carrier accommodates 16–32" wheels and tyres up to 3" wide. With optional Thule XXL Fatbike Wheel Straps, tyres up to 5"can also be transported.

The fully foldable construction makes the rack easier to transport and store. When folded, it measures just 69 × 27 × 73 cm, while integrated carrying handles make handling more convenient.

A practical foot-pedal tilt function provides access to the vehicle's luggage compartment even when bicycles are mounted. Integrated rear lights and a 13-pin electrical connector provide the required connection to the vehicle.

Both the bicycles and the carrier can be locked for additional security. The EPOS ParkSecure 2B is also compatible with the Thule One Key System and comes fully assembled for quick installation straight out of the box.
