X-SYNC™

X-SYNC™ 1X chainrings from SRAM ensure maximum performance and durability. The long SRAM X-SYNC™ tooth edges grip the chain earlier than traditional triangular-shaped teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile and the rounded angled edges support chain guidance. In order to offer the best possible performance even in muddy terrain, the X-SYNC™ chainrings have recesses for removing dirt and mud from the inner chain links and rollers. Made in Germany, X-SYNC™ chainrings are a key component of SRAM's 1X™ drivetrain.

Flow Link

The ultra-smooth inner plates of the chain are completely free of edges. This reduces friction on the cassette and chainring. The result: low-noise performance and a longer component life. The chain design enables a narrower profile. This makes the chain more torsion-resistant. Thanks to its smoother outer plates, the riveting is more even and the tensile strength is higher.

HARD CHROME™

The SRAM HARD CHROME™ chain has four times the (wear) strength of SRAM's other chains. This is due to the new machining process for the inner links and rollers. The push-pin strength and overall strength correspond to the current chains. The HARD CHRME™ chain lasts longer and is extremely stable.

PowerLock®

SRAM's chain engineers developed PowerLock as a tool-free, secure and consistent way to connect our chains. Although PL does not require any special tools for assembly, the narrow tolerance range means that each PowerLock can only be used once.
