The SHIMANO GRX ST-RX600 is a right/left-hand Dual Control shift and brake lever specifically developed for gravel, all-road and cyclocross riding. It combines mechanical 2x11-speed shifting with hydraulic disc brake control in a comfortable and ergonomic lever design.

GRX-specific ergonomics provide increased control when riding over rough and mixed terrain. The lever and bracket shape is designed to offer a secure hand position, while the anti-slip brake lever surface helps maintain confident control in challenging conditions.

The ST-RX600 provides the light and precise mechanical shifting performance expected from SHIMANO, while the hydraulic brake interface delivers powerful and predictable braking. Adjustable lever reach allows the position of the brake lever to be adapted to different hand sizes and rider preferences.

The lever is compatible with SHIMANO hydraulic disc brake systems and is recommended for use with BR-RX400 or BR-RX810 brake calipers.
