How to Use

Place the BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08 between the targeted muscle area and a wall or the floor.

Back: Position the DUOBALL so that the central groove runs along the spine. Slowly move your body up and down, allowing the two balls to massage the muscles on either side of the spine while avoiding direct pressure on the vertebrae.

Neck: Position the DUOBALL 08 around the muscles of the neck and use gentle, controlled movements. Start with light pressure, as the neck area can be particularly sensitive.

Calves and other muscle areas: Place the DUOBALL underneath or against the targeted muscle area and slowly move over it while controlling the pressure with your body weight.

For more gentle pressure, use the DUOBALL against a wall. For a more intensive massage, use it on the floor and gradually increase the amount of body weight applied.

Move slowly and spend additional time on tense areas if needed. Avoid applying direct pressure to bones, joints or acutely painful areas.
