How to Use :

Insert the BOOSTER 2.0 vibration core into the TWIN roller and switch it on. Select your preferred vibration level and place the roller under the muscle area you want to massage.

Slowly roll back and forth using your body weight to control the pressure. Spend extra time on tense areas, but avoid rolling directly over joints, bones or painful areas.

Before exercise: Use a higher vibration frequency with faster rolling movements to activate the muscles and prepare them for activity.

After exercise: Use a lower to medium vibration frequency and roll slowly to relax the muscles and support recovery.

For the back: Position the central groove of the TWIN along the spine so that pressure is applied to the muscles on either side rather than directly onto the vertebrae.

Recommended use: Start with short sessions of approximately 1–2 minutes per muscle group and adjust the pressure and vibration intensity to your comfort level.
